Appointment Cancellation Policy
We truly appreciate all of our clients and understand that everyone leads busy lives. We also believe that everyone’s time, including yours and our team’s, deserves to be respected. With that in mind, we’re introducing a 48-hour cancellation policy to help us manage our schedule fairly and continue delivering the high-quality service you expect from us.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service charge, which will be added to your next appointment. This ensures we can cover the wages and time reserved especially for you, which can be difficult to fill at short notice.
